Jason will have direct oversight for the management of all Product Marketing and Management activities for the organization.

The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Jeff Barron has joined the A.O. Smith Corporation as Director of Operations for the organization. This role reports directly to the VP of North American Manufacturing. Jeff will have full P&L oversight for the management of AO Smith’s commercial water heater manufacturing operation located in McBee, South Carolina.

The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Garth Stapleton has joined the A.O. Smith Corporation as Group Director – Materials & Transportation. This role reports directly to the SR. Vice President – Manufacturing & Supply Chain. Garth will have direct oversight for the management of all logistics, distribution and material requirement planning (MRP) activities for the organization.

Jay Bailey Joins Shiloh Industries to Lead Their Pendergrass, Georgia Division.

The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Jay Bailey has joined Shiloh Industries as the Plant Manager for their Pendergrass, Georgia division. In this role, Jay will have full P&L responsibility and report to the Corporate Vice President of Manufacturing Operations. This plant has approximately 150 employees and sophisticated manufacturing processes to provide engineered solutions which reduce the weight and material cost of automotive components.
