The Carmon Group Places Rebecca Gritti as Director of Human Resources with Van Pool Transportation LLC, a Fort Point Capital Company

The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Rebecca Gritti has joined Van Pool Transportation, a Four Point Capital portfolio company, as their Director of Human Resources. This role reports directly to the President & CEO of Van Pool. The Director of Human Resources role is newly created and part of the company’s strategic growth plans. As the Director of Human Resources, Rebecca will oversee all Human Resources activities for the organization.

Rebecca brings over 16 years of Human Resources leadership experience to Van Pool. Prior to joining the company, Rebecca held various HR leadership roles with FiberMark North America, Mestek, and Six Flags New England. Rebecca received her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Central Connecticut State University and MBA with a focus in Human Resources Management from Western New England College.
