The Carmon Group Places Reji Mathew as the Division Lean Leader with Parker Hannifin

The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Reji Mathew has joined the Parker Hannifin Fluid Connectors Group to lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives for the Industrial Hose Products Division. This director level role reports to the General Manager of the overall division. Reji is responsible for executing strategies including the Parker Lean System across all functional areas of the division.

Reji brings a wealth of engineering and Lean management experience to Parker Hannifin. Prior to joining the company, Reji held various Lean and engineering leadership roles with Avery Dennison and the Swagelok Company. Reji holds a Bachelors of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calicut. He received a Masters of Engineering in Engineering Systems from Virginia Tech and his MBA in Strategic Management, from Indiana University.
