Our KPIs have proven time and time again that our methodology for executing our clients’ search projects delivers results which truly impact their businesses.  We attribute our success to several practical yet critical criteria:

  • We only partner with clients that have exhibited a track record of what is required to attract and retain top talent.
  • We take the time to learn the intricacies of our client’s business, their role, culture and vision to then effectively identify and qualify top talent for their opportunity.
  • We limit the searches we execute and ensure that we have the capacity to deliver the results our clients expect.
  • We will only engage on a project that fits our model, expertise and where we have a strong confidence that we can successfully complete the project.
  • We never post or advertise on a client’s role.  Our results show that the best talent is typically not looking at postings and needs to be proactively and properly engaged on our client’s specific role.
  • We spend considerable time with candidates to ensure that our clients only see the best of the best who are sincerely interested in our client’s role.
  • We believe effective communication throughout the lifecycle of the project is paramount to its success.
  • We view a hire as a marriage, not as a transaction.
