Todd will lead the overall marketing efforts of this division and will work closely with divisional sales and corporate marketing leadership. The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Vinay Kumar Veluri has joined Apex Tool Group as Sr. Mechanical Engineering Leader. Vinay will provide leadership for a cross-functional team to design and develop new products for the industrial power tool industry. As a project leader, Vinay will lead the design effort for new power tools products and be responsible for the overall design, packaging, and integration of all mechanical components.
The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Laurie Pogel has joined NPA Coatings as their Plant Manager. Laurie will have responsibility for the overall plant operations, lean manufacturing and process advancement and will report to the General Manager. This is a newly created role due to the ongoing growth of the business and to better position the plant for new products and increased capacity.

CGI is pleased to announce that Jon Manke has joined Smithers-Oasis Company as their Director, Floral Sales. Jon will be responsible for the oversight of all commercial related functions reporting to their VP/GM.
Jon was recruited from Kent Display, Inc., a world leader in the research, development, and manufacturing of Liquid Crystal Displays (LCD’s) for the retail industry. Prior to Jon’s tenure with Kent Display he was employed by Newell Rubbermaid and Royal Appliance where he served in a variety of Account, Channel and Sales Management roles for each organization.
