The Carmon Group Places Cynthia Hagan as Quality Manager with Fives North American, Division of Fives Group

The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Cynthia Hagan has joined Fives North American as their Quality Manager. Cynthia will have responsibility for the overall quality program including leading the formal ISO certification of the company this year. This is a newly created role to strategically advance the quality platform of Fives North American.

Cynthia previously was employed with ALCOA for approximately twelve years. She served in various quality leadership roles including a two year project in Russia as ALCOA’s Forging Quality Director. Cynthia has an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and holds CQManager, CQE, CQA and CQT certifications.
