The Carmon Group is pleased to announce Mark Wilson has joined AGC Automotive as Operations Manager

Cleveland, OH (November 24, 2025) – The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Mark Wilson has joined AGC Automotive as Operations Manager within the company’s Bellefontaine, Ohio facility. Mark will be responsible for spearheading all Operations initiatives across the facility.

Mark brings approximately twenty years of multi-functional experience to AGC Automotive. He was most recently employed with MAHLE as an Operations Manager within their Dayton, Ohio facility. Prior to his tenure with MAHLE, Mark was a Plant Manager for Gibraltar running a facility operation in Fife, Washington. Earlier experiences included running Production and Operations for REV Group’s manufacturing facility located in Winter Park, Florida. Mark obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Management from DeVry University and is currently pursuing an MBA from Ohio University. Mark was also in the United States Marine Corps from 2006 – 2011.
