Chris founded The Carmon Group in 2002. With almost 20 years of experience in professional search, he provides talent acquisition services to over 500 companies which include privately-held, non-profits to Fortune 250 businesses. Prior to his search career, Chris spent over a decade in manufacturing working in operations and technical sales roles for several manufacturing and industrial distribution businesses. The Carmon Group has received Inc 5000, Weatherhead 100, and NorthCoast 99 awards over the years. Chris was a recipient of the Crain's Business "40 Under 40" at the age of 34. He is a Certified Family Business Transition Advisor through the Galliard Institute.

Chris and The Carmon Group continue to play an active role in community efforts including various charities, schools, non-profits and CYO sports. He is the past president of the Our Lady of Mount Carmel School Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio.
