The Carmon Group is pleased to announce Dan Filpus has joined Norco Industries, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer

Cleveland, OH (February 19, 2025) – The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Dan Filpus has joined Norco Industries, Inc. as their Chief Financial Officer. He will be responsible for spearheading all things Finance and Accounting related across the Norco business portfolio based in Elkhart, Indiana.

Dan brings over twenty years of Accounting and Financial experience to Norco Industries. Most recently, he was employed as Chief Financial Officer for ABC Industries, a private equity owned manufacturer of industrial and mining textiles. Prior to his tenure with ABC Industries, Dan was employed with Polygon Composites, a niche composites manufacturer as VP of Finance. Other assignments within Polygon included roles as Director of Finance and Controller. Earlier assignments included roles in Finance and Staff Accounting. Dan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University. Additionally, he obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Cedarville University.
