The Carmon Group Places Thomas Freshly as Plant Manager within Yokohama Industries Americas

Cleveland, OH (August 28, 2020) – The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Thomas Freshly has joined Yokohama Industries Americas as their Plant Manager for YIA’s Painesville, Ohio facility operation. Thomas will have full P&L responsibility for the facility which manufactures rubber hose products serving the Automotive and Transportation markets throughout the world.

Thomas brings over twenty years of Lean and Operational-related experiences into the Yokohama business portfolio. Prior to joining YIA, Thomas was employed by Hexpol Compounding since the 2011 timeframe. His most recent role within Hexpol included running their Burton Rubber processing facility as General Manager over the last several years. Earlier assignments within Hexpol Compounding included leadership assignments across Operations and spearheading Continuous Improvement initiatives for their facilities throughout North America. Thomas obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Mount Union College.
