The Carmon Group Places Mike Van’t Sant as Continuous Improvement Manager within IDEX / Viking Pump

Cleveland, OH (May 7, 2019) – The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Mike Van’t Sant has joined Viking Pump (A Unit of IDEX Corporation) as the company’s Continuous Improvement Manager. Mike will be directly responsible for spearheading all things Lean / Continuous Improvement-related for the organization.

Mike brings eighteen years of multi-functional and Lean related experience into Viking Pump. Prior to joining Viking Pump, Mike was employed with Whirlpool Corporation located in Amana, Iowa. He served in a variety of roles within the Amana facility which included leadership assignments in Manufacturing Engineering, Lean and Project and Process Engineering since 2001. Mike obtained his undergraduate degree in Industrial Technology from Iowa State University.
