The Carmon Group Places Melissa Neiberlein as Director of Human Resources with Aurora Plastics Inc.
The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Melissa Neiberlein has joined Aurora Plastics as their Director of Human Resources. This role reports directly to the President & CEO of Aurora Plastics. Melissa will be directly responsible for all Human Resource related activities for the organization.
Melissa brings over 15 years of employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance and benefits experience to Aurora Plastics. Prior to joining the company, Melissa held various human resource leadership roles with the Smithers-Oasis Company, Mayfran International and Moog Automotive. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College.
