Jay Bailey Joins Shiloh Industries to Lead Their Pendergrass, Georgia Division.

The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Jay Bailey has joined Shiloh Industries as the Plant Manager for their Pendergrass, Georgia division. In this role, Jay will have full P&L responsibility and report to the Corporate Vice President of Manufacturing Operations. This plant has approximately 150 employees and sophisticated manufacturing processes to provide engineered solutions which reduce the weight and material cost of automotive components.

Prior to joining Shiloh, Jay spent over twelve years with SRG Global, formerly Guardian Automotive, a diversified supplier to the automotive industry. Jay was promoted four times during his tenure with SGL and most recently served the last seven years as their Operations Manager. In this role he had management responsibility for nearly 500 employees. In addition, Jay has extensive knowledge in stamping, roll forming, extrusion and injection manufacturing processes. He obtained his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and a Masters in Business Administration from Georgia State University.
