The Carmon Group is pleased to announce Stacy West has joined Thermcraft, Inc. as General Manager

Cleveland, OH (July 15, 2025) – The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Stacy West has joined Thermcraft, an AECO Company as General Manager. Stacy will be responsible for the P&L management of Thermcraft’s business located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Stacy brings approximately twenty-five years of multi-functional experience to the AECO Company business portfolio. He was most recently employed with Rotork Instruments, an industrial flow equipment manufacturer serving oil & gas, chemical processing, and power industries. In that role, he was responsible for the P&L of the factory. Prior to that, Stacy worked for Ingersoll Rand in an Operations leadership assignment. Earlier assignments included roles in Process Engineering, Materials and Production Management with Merchant Metals and Kaydon Corporation. Stacy obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Catawba College.
