The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Pradeep Saha (a recent placement by The Carmon Group into Horsburgh & Scott) has been promoted from the Vice President of Sales & Marketing position to President & CEO of the organization. Pradeep was recruited into the business within the last twelve months to spearhead all Commercial-related activities for the organization.
Prior to joining the company, Pradeep held various leadership roles within Ametek Specialty Motors, General Electric and Keithley Instruments (which was subsequently purchased by the Danaher Corporation). Pradeep’s roles over the course of his career have included: P&L Business Management, Market Leadership, Product Development and Engineering Management assignments. Pradeep holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree in Information Systems from the University of Toledo.
