The Carmon Group is pleased to announce Kari Kanicki has joined B’laster Holdings as Human Resources Manager

Cleveland, OH (February 28, 2022) – The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Kari Kanicki has joined B’laster Holdings Corporation as Human Resources Manager. She will be responsible for spearheading the strategic roadmap / platform of success for all things Human Resources-related throughout their business portfolio which includes: AC Avalanche, B’laster, and Casite.

Kari brings fifteen years of Human Resources-related experiences into the B’laster business portfolio. She was most recently employed by Wabtec Company responsible for the HR management and strategic direction for multiple facilities throughout their organization. Prior to her tenure with Wabtec, Kari was responsible for running the Human Resources function for North Coast Container and DAS Construction. Kari holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management / Human Resources obtained from Indiana Wesleyan University.
