The Carmon Group is pleased to announce John Shields has joined Vonco as Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Cleveland, OH (June 2, 2025) – The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that John Shields has joined Vonco Products as Manufacturing Engineering Manager. John will spearhead all Manufacturing Engineering department activities within Vonco’s Trevor, Wisconsin facility.

Prior to joining Vonco Products, John was employed with Radius Packaging at their facility in New Berlin, Wisconsin. His roles within Radius Packaging included assignments in Project Engineering and most recently Manufacturing Engineering for the company. John received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
