The Carmon Group is pleased to announce Joe Hendricks has joined ALCOM as Director of Operations in Winslow, Maine

Cleveland, OH (October 11, 2024) – The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Joe Hendricks has joined ALCOM as Director of Operations for their manufacturing facility located in Winslow, Maine. Joe will have full P&L responsibility for the strategic management and direction of the Winslow factory.

Joe brings over twenty-five years of Engineering, Operations, Lean and Plant Management experience to ALCOM. Most recently, Joe was employed by International Flavors & Fragrances as a Manufacturing Technology Manager located in Rockland, Maine. Other experiences throughout his career include senior level leadership assignments with Caterpillar, Honda, Lennox Industries and Nissan. Joe obtained his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Tech University.
