The Carmon Group is pleased to announce Doug Hicks has joined Lake Shore Electric as their HR Director

Cleveland, OH (March 10, 2025) – The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Doug Hicks has joined Lake Shore Electric as their Director of Human Resources. He will be responsible for the creation, implementation and ownership of the company’s Human Resources function and roadmap of success across their business portfolio.

Doug brings approximately twenty years of extensive background in HR generalist affairs, including experience in recruitment and retention, staff development, benefits and compensation along with HR policy development. Doug was most recently employed with Empire Die Casting as HR Manager for the last seven years. In that role, he was responsible for all Human Resource functions within the business. Prior to that, Doug was employed by General Die Casters from 2009 – 2018 as their HR Manager for several facility operations. Doug received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah.
