The Carmon Group places Leo Hyland as President for St. Vincent-St. Mary High School

Cleveland, OH (July 29, 2021) – The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Leo Hyland has joined St. Vincent-St. Mary High School (STVM) as President. Leo will be directly responsible for providing visionary and strategic leadership implementing a newly emerging strategic plan, advancing the school’s mission while actively engaging in all efforts associated with alumni engagement, fundraising, fiscal management and admissions.

Prior to joining STVM, Leo was President of Cleveland Central Catholic High School in Cleveland for the past eleven years. Serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the school, Leo successfully oversaw the process and execution of two strategic planning efforts in 2011 and 2016. Additionally, Leo directed the strategy and tactics for the school’s first comprehensive capital campaign during his time with Cleveland Central Catholic. Prior to his tenure with Cleveland Central Catholic High School, Leo was Director of Advancement at Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin in Chardon. He also served previously as Director of Special Gifts for Case Western Reserve University’s School of Medicine. Leo achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communications from Ohio University coupled with a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Organizations from Case Western Reserve University. Leo was also a member of Leadership Cleveland’s 2013 class.
