The Carmon Group Places Laurie Pogel as Plant Manager for NPA Coatings, Division of Nippon Paint
The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Laurie Pogel has joined NPA Coatings as their Plant Manager. Laurie will have responsibility for the overall plant operations, lean manufacturing and process advancement and will report to the General Manager. This is a newly created role due to the ongoing growth of the business and to better position the plant for new products and increased capacity.
Laurie previously was employed with Henkel Corporation for approximately twelve years. Her roles included: Quality Control Management, Manufacturing Development, Logistics, Operations and most recently Manufacturing Management. Laurie has an Undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University coupled with a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Franklin University.
