Cleveland, OH (May 19, 2025) – The Carmon Group is pleased to announce that Juan Herrera has joined Kyocera AVX as Automotive Plant Manager. Juan will be responsible for spearheading all things Automotive related across the company’s factory in Juarez, Mexico.

Juan brings approximately twenty-five years of multi-functional experiences to Kyocera AVX. He was most recently employed with Safran as General Manager for their facility in Queretaro, Mexico. In that role, he was responsible for the P&L of the factory. Prior to that, Juan worked for Mahle as Plant Manager in Juarez, Mexico. Earlier assignments included roles in Quality, Strategic Business Unit (SBU), and Program Management with Nidec Automotive and Valeo. Juan obtained his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technological Institute of Ciudad Juarez.
