The Carmon Group Places Christina Plant as Head of Human Resources within Wright Tool Company

Cleveland, OH (April 27, 2020) – The Carmon Group is pleased to announce Christina Plant has joined Wright Tool as the company’s Head of Human Resources. As a core part of Wright Tool’s executive leadership team, Christina will report directly into the organization’s President & CEO and will be responsible for spearheading all Human Resource activities including: Strategic planning, organizational development, staffing, training, benefits administration, employee relations, management development and performance management.

Christina brings over fourteen years of Human Resources-related experiences into the Wright Tool business portfolio. Prior to joining the company, Christina was employed with Country Pure Foods where she was directly responsible for running Human Resources activities within the company’s largest manufacturing facility in North America. Previous HR-related assignments included working with Masco Corporation and Arch Aluminum & Glass. Christina received her undergraduate degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice and Pre-Law obtained from Mount Union College.
