Chris has over 16 years' experience in executive search, providing talent acquisition services for businesses within the public and private sectors, both nationally and internationally. He is an expert in the necessary components of a successful search from client assessment and position proofing through execution, research and onboarding of talent. Areas of expertise include commercial, engineering, operations, supply chain and finance. Chris is a graduate of Cleveland State University.

With over 30 years of experience in retained search, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge to guiding and fulfilling the needs of businesses in high level searches. Jim served as a Principal with Spencer Stuart, as Managing Director with Korn/Ferry International and Sr. Partner/Practice leader with Lamalie. He is a graduate of Holy Cross College and has a MBA from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School. Active in civic and community endeavors, he is a recipient of the Cleveland Jaycees' Ten Outstanding men of Cleveland Award and has been recognized by the National Center for Voluntary Action and the Small Business Administration for his service.

John Warfel John Warfel

John is a licensed business coach, specializing in helping business owners implement new ideas and strategies to help achieve professional and business goals. He has 35 years experience including President of Warfel Enterprises, LLC, President of Westfield Financial Corporation, and President and Vice Chairman of Oswald Companies.  He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wittenburg University and a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter Degree. John also serves the community with his involvement in the American Heart Association, Playhouse Square Foundation, United Way and Cleveland Rotary Club, to name a few.

Deb Mills-Scofield Deb Mills-Scofield

Deb owns her own consultant company, helping organizations create and implement innovation-based strategic plans. Deb is also a partner at Glengary LLC, in Cleveland, Ohio.  With more than has 20 years of experience in strategic planning, execution and innovation with manufacturing, service and high-technology companies from large global companies to early-stage, Deb has also been involved in several carve-outs and start-ups, including her own.  She blogs on various sites in addition to her own, including Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Innovation Excellence, etc. and is recognized as one of the top 40 bloggers on innovation. After graduation from Brown University, Deb went to AT&T Bell Labs, designed and patented an integrated multimedia-messaging platform recognized as one of AT&T/Lucent's top revenue generating patents. She is also a visiting scholar in Brown's E-MBA program, and she teaches at Oberlin College.
