Chris founded The Carmon Group in 2002. With over 16 years' experience in professional search, Chris has provided talent acquisition services for Fortune 100 & 500 companies, small to midcap businesses, privately held corporations, non-profits, and start-ups. He has a keen ability to quickly assess the culture of a business, especially privately-held and/or family owned companies to qualify talent who represents the best fit to their culture.
Chris has over a decade of hands-on experience working in various manufacturing in technical sales and consulting prior to beginning his search career. Chris is a distinguished member of the Crain's Business 40 Under 40.
Chris married his high school sweetheart, Laura. They reside in Avon, Ohio with their two children Emily and Christopher Jr. Chris is active in CYO sports and continues to coach CYO basketball. He is currently the Commissioner for Holy Trinity's basketball program. Chris was the former president and current trustee of the Our Lady of Mount Carmel School Foundation based in Cleveland, Ohio.

Chris and his wife Colleen reside in Richfield, Ohio with their two daughters, Riley Marie and Chloe Parker. Chris cherishes spending time with his family and their numerous rescued pets.

After 25 years of consulting with top organizations, Jeff Gross dedicated a full year to capture his research, experiences and insights to share with business leaders as he authored and published Workforce Planning: 90 Day Action Plan Handbook in February of 2009 and Workforce Planning: 90 Day Action Plan Field Manual in June of 2010.

Ron has 16 years' experience in executive retained search. Ron conducts senior-level assignments for a diverse clientele in the areas of aerospace, industrial products, and electronics manufacturing. Ron excels in functional search recruitment and has successfully completed searches in engineering, operations, business development, human resources, information technology and finance throughout his career. Ron began his career as an Applications Engineer with ABB and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from Cleveland State University. His education and early career have given Ron a solid foundation and advantage as a search professional.
Ron is married and resides in Highland Heights, Ohio with his wife Paula and two children, Vincent and Nicolas. Ron is involved in various fundraising activities for his local parish and continues to be active in CYO sports with his sons. Ron is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).

Caren has over 5 years' of experience working in executive search recruitment. Caren and her husband Todd reside in Rocky River with their two daughters, Amelia and Cate. Caren is active in Rocky River Early Childhood PTA and an avid runner and practices yoga.

Angela is responsible for managing all office related functions at The Carmon Group including accounting, human resources, marketing, community outreach and vendor management. Additionally, she is responsible for providing administrative support for our search team relative to projects with our clients.
Angela brings over 15 years of corporate, human resources, sales support, marketing, accounting and event planning experience to The Carmon Group. Prior to joining The Carmon Group, she was employed by the Greater Cleveland Auto Dealers Association (GCADA). Angela was responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with over 250 clients, vendors and customers. Her expertise includes major event planning and while at GCADA, she led the team responsible for hosting the annual Greater Cleveland Auto Show and exhibitors covering over one million square feet of exhibit space.
Angela obtained her BA in Family and Consumer Studies from Kent State University and is an alumna from Magnificat High School. She and her husband Bob reside in Bay Village with their three daughters, Claire, Madeline and Charlotte.

With more than has 20 years of experience in strategic planning, execution and innovation with manufacturing, service and high-technology companies from large global companies to early-stage, Deb has also been involved in several carve-outs and start-ups, including her own. She blogs on various sites in addition to her own, including Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Innovation Excellence, etc. and is recognized as one of the top 40 bloggers on innovation. After graduation from Brown University, Deb went to AT&T Bell Labs, designed and patented an integrated multimedia-messaging platform recognized as one of AT&T/Lucent's top revenue generating patents.
